The National Club of Veteran Builders honored Eng. Petar Georgiev with an award for his contribution
 as an investor in the construction of the SamElion Complex - a high appreciation for the work and vision, 
which have already had a lasting impact in Samokov and in the country's construction sector. 
Official guests of the event were Eng. Angel Dzhorgov - Mayor of Samokov Municipality, 
Eng. Iliyan Terziev - Chairman of the Management Board of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria;
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Gichka Kutova - Rector of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy - Sofia.
Eng. Viktor Sharkov – founder and chairman of the National Club of Veteran Builders, presented the award to Eng. Georgiev.
 Among the guests were representatives of the management team of the investor company "Samel 90"; the design teams and 
construction companies that implemented the complex, as well as members of the boards of directors of the Chamber of Builders and the veteran builders' clubs.
