Project goals: Main goal: Improving the working environment in "Samel-90" AD, by providing good and safe working conditions, which in turn will improve the quality of jobs and will reflect positively on labor productivity. The specific objectives of the project are the following:

1. Reduction of the total number of sick days by at least 20% in 2022 and 2023, compared to the same total number in 2019 and 2020 through the acquisition of new collective and personal protective equipment and special work clothes, as well as in result of the improved social services.

2. Improving the quality of life and work in the company through better social services in "Samel-90" AD, expressed in the renovation of part of the equipment and furniture of the dining chair.

3. Maintaining the favorable tendency to prevent accidents at work in the coming years.
